What's playing on your iPod?

Classic rock, White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Gorillas, a little of everything except rap and country.

How did you start playing pool?

My parents had a pool table at home when I was growing up, but my true passion for pool came about when I first went into City Lights shortly after they opened. I used to watch the tournament every Wednesday night and wish that I could beat those players.

Do you have any advice for beginners?

Practice, practice, practice, ask a lot of questions, practice, read pool books, play APA with a good player and good coach, and then practice more. I think it is also very important to learn good fundamentals.
